Diamonds, and crystals, and water quartz. Oh, my!

 

This ice has melted since I took the picture 2 hours ago. Spring must be here!

The ice is going quickly. These are the last of the "gems" for the season!

Because our nighttime temperatures have been so cool (mostly in the teens)the melting ice has been slow to leave on Devil Track Lake.

 

I used the flash to highlight the shore rocks.

A Crack in the Case!

 

Today a crack developed in the ice on Devil Track Lake!
